If you didn’t know, there’s a new shop for Ram trucks in the back of the service department. I had very bad experience with the front service department, they had not fixed my truck since day one. Went to the dealership to buy a new Grand Cherokee. Agreed on a price with the manager. Shortly thereafter the manager tried to renegotiate our deal claiming they were losing too much money. The dealerships conduct is dispicable and I would urge everyone to stay away from an establishment that cares more about money then being honorable. So disappointing, especially before the holidays.

HORRIBLE!! MISERABLE!! Worst dealer experience of my life. This outfit is shockingly incompetent, disinterested, malevolent and contemptuous. They tried unsuccessfully to fix the air conditioning in my Pacifica. They had the car for 7 weeks, and every time they told me it was fixed, it was not. Time after time I drove back to pick up my car and every time the AC was not working. The service manager and general manager had no excuses or explanations. I financed a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. Which was fine during the initial test drive. But on the way home with the car the steering wheel was wobbling at Highway speeds. And the engine had a rhythmic knocking sound at stop lights. This is the second time we have bought a car from the Arrigo car dealership.
Advertise at one price, then add about 5K for xx. Bring your glasses because they hide behind the small print. Maybe that is how business is done in Broward, but it smells of rotten eggs. The car I looked at had low miles but was five years old. I could buy a final edition of the Chrysler 300C with the same miles for 10K more. My term for this type of business practice is 'greasy'.
Personnel was receptive and accomodating. I just had hoped that a second pull from my credit report had not been performed. All they had to do was to confirm my application entries against the first pull by the bank.
Henry James has been a perfect gentleman before, during and after my purchase. He was and remains a tremendous asset to Arrigo Dealership. I am happy with my purchase and would not have made this purchase without Henry.

I had an issue with my payoff of my trade and no one would call me back or address the problem. The finance department never even answered my calls. It took them 2 weeks to payoff my trade in.
When I picked up my car after having the windshield replaced, I noticed several ants in the car. While I thought they might have parked under a tree, when I got home I found an entire nest under the driver seat. Thousands of ants a larva crawling around. They supposedly detailed my car after, obviously that did not occur. I contacted the dealership to speak with a manager and was told they would contact me. Robert LaRosa was great and so was Jonathan from finance. The leadership should revise its marketing strategy. Get rid of the Arrigo Advantage, dealer fee, and unrealistic discounts from MSRP and just give me the price you are asking. From there we can negotiate to a price we all agree on. Remember, simple is better. All the add ons over complicate the transaction. At the end I think I got a good price. I think you got me on the financing, 8.04% was a little high. The employees at this Arrigo were a delight to work with. I called ahead and was able to get assisted by Tracy from Internet sales who confirmed they still had a listing I saw online. After driving 45 mins, Tracy set us up with out sales rep Mike Lyon was an exceptional employee. He worked out the best deal and was able to get the exact car I wanted for the right price, after searching all day and visiting different dealerships, Mike was able to sell us the exact car we had been looking for.
Seller and manager change the car last minute saying is same car as the one I was dealing and saying the only difference is that it’s hybrid. At the instead of buy a 3.6L jeep i bought a 2.0L jeep just because I trusted the seller and the manager. Lack of honesty

I bought a car from Arrigo Jeep of Margate FL back in October 2023 and I had the worst car buying experience!. I was lied to by Richard Matos, the finance person. He sold me over $6000 in warrantees that I never requested. He told me that there was no room for anything to add to the finance. As if I had reached the most I could be approved for.. Purchased a car on 6/21/2024......6/26/2024 I am already looking a mechanic as the car is undrivable. It's misfiring, shaking on idle and when I hit the gas...notified the dealership on what was going on and they pretend they do not know what's going on with the car. I feel like a was sold a lemon and won't recommend them. And of course they will give the you bought it "as is" talk.

Why make an appointment only for me to get there and say sure “we can’t look at it for 2 weeks” same thing 6 months ago with different vehicle but they told me theycc bc an look at it in 3 weeks… don’t waste your time going here

The finance guy Mr. Diaz worked some kind of magic and put my payment lower than my best estimates. Even the general manager got involved to help the deal go through.
