Robert LaRosa was great and so was Jonathan from finance. The leadership should revise its marketing strategy. Get rid of the Arrigo Advantage, dealer fee, and unrealistic discounts from MSRP and just give me the price you are asking. From there we can negotiate to a price we all agree on. Remember, simple is better. All the add ons over complicate the transaction. At the end I think I got a good price. I think you got me on the financing, 8.04% was a little high. However, I know I can refinance in several months at 6.19% from Lending Tree. In summary, ...

The employees at this Arrigo were a delight to work with. I called ahead and was able to get assisted by Tracy from Internet sales who confirmed they still had a listing I saw online. After driving 45 mins, Tracy set us up with out sales rep Mike Lyon was an exceptional employee. He worked out the best deal and was able to get the exact car I wanted for the right price, after searching all day and visiting different dealerships, Mike was able to sell us the exact car we had been looking for.
