Straight to Margate!!! Not Arrigo anymore! Although I dont agree with that Arrigo Advantage that is an additional $2,995 that you can not remove off the price, I will say the new Mgmt took care of me and gave me a deal I could not resist.

I financed a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SUV. Only to find out when I get home that the car has unbalanced wheels with a knocking sound coming from the engine after it warms up. The car was " refurbished," but it was not very clean. Like they literally did the bare minimum. The more I looked for things to find, the more things I actually did find, which was either unclean or unmanaged. Car was made to look perfect to you from the outside, but on the inside was a bunch of issues both cleanliness wise and mechanical wise. - Update 08...

Greg Brown was who took care of me. I just got my car finalized and I’m about to drive off, but I couldn’t leave without giving a review. After some of the negative reviews here I was apprehensive. But I didn’t feel pressured, I didn’t feel nervous. I’m a first time car buyer, and I’m financing, so I fully expected pressure and to be taken advantage of. It was nothing of the sort. The professionalism here can’t be beat. Go see Greg!!!
The experience was great. In comparison to my local dealer the folks here in Margate were much accommodating. I would highly recommend even if you have to drive a while.
Personnel was receptive and accomodating. I just had hoped that a second pull from my credit report had not been performed. All they had to do was to confirm my application entries against the first pull by the bank.

I came in today without an appointment to have a trailer brake controller installed on my 1500 ram Yonly Pena was my service advisor. He got me processed and an estimate quickly had my vehicle in queue for service, and within a few hours I was on the road again, also to my surprise near the end of my visit was a personal video from the TECH. A five star only for Sales Manager Dexter. He went above and beyond for our needs. Service at the dealership is awful. Most of the times their people are not available. I leased a wrangler and the brand new Jeep has leaks and makes creaking noises. I have brought this to their attention but no one seems to care to follow up or schedule an appointment.

Robert LaRosa was great and so was Jonathan from finance. The leadership should revise its marketing strategy. Get rid of the Arrigo Advantage, dealer fee, and unrealistic discounts from MSRP and just give me the price you are asking. From there we can negotiate to a price we all agree on. Remember, simple is better. All the add ons over complicate the transaction. At the end I think I got a good price. I think you got me on the financing, 8.04% was a little high. The employees at this Arrigo were a delight to work with. I called ahead and was able to get assisted by Tracy from Internet sales who confirmed they still had a listing I saw online. After driving 45 mins, Tracy set us up with out sales rep Mike Lyon was an exceptional employee. He worked out the best deal and was able to get the exact car I wanted for the right price, after searching all day and visiting different dealerships, Mike was able to sell us the exact car we had been looking for.
Mark Filus is the best service advisor I've met at any Jeep, Dodge, Ford, GM dealer. We have many work vehicles, and it's always a headache getting service done on them unless it's with Mark.
