Do I need an appointment to visit or test drive a vehicle?
No — walk-ins are welcome throughout sales hours, and we are open until 9:00 PM six days a week specifically so people can come after work. We do recommend booking ahead if you have a specific truck or Jeep in mind, since an appointment lets us confirm the vehicle is still available, pull it up front, have it cleaned and fueled, and pair you with a product specialist. You can request an appointment by phone or directly from any vehicle listing on our website.
Are you a factory-authorized dealer for all four brands?
Yes. We are a franchised, factory-authorized dealer for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, and part of Morgan Automotive Group. That means we sell new vehicles from all four brands with the full factory warranty, we are authorized to perform warranty and recall work at no charge to you, our technicians are factory-trained on Stellantis vehicles including diesel and electrified models, and we stock Genuine Mopar parts. It is also what allows us to certify eligible vehicles through the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Certified Pre-Owned program.
Shopping & Buying
What vehicles do you sell?
We carry the full Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram lineups, plus Certified Pre-Owned and used vehicles from other manufacturers.

Model-year availability and trim mix change constantly, so our online New Inventory and Pre-Owned search pages are always the accurate list.
Can I start the purchase online and have the vehicle delivered?
Yes. Our online tools let you handle most of the deal from home: estimate a payment, value your trade, and submit a secure credit pre-approval. Most customers complete the numbers and the credit application online, then come in for a short test drive and to sign — which we recommend for a truck or Wrangler, since bed length, cab configuration and ride height are hard to judge from photos. If you would rather finish remotely and have the vehicle delivered, tell your sales consultant up front and we will structure it that way.
Pricing, Fees & Florida Taxes
How much is sales tax on a vehicle in Margate and Broward County?
Florida charges a 6% state sales tax on motor vehicle purchases, and Broward County adds a 1% discretionary sales surtax. Florida applies the county surtax only to the first $5,000 of the purchase price, so the Broward portion is capped at $50 per vehicle. On a $60,000 truck that is roughly $3,600 in state tax plus $50 in county surtax. Two things worth knowing: tax is calculated after your trade-in allowance is deducted, and the surtax follows your registration address rather than ours — so a Palm Beach or Miami-Dade County buyer pays their own county's rate.
What is the dealer fee, and what else appears on the buyer's order?
A dealer fee (also called a pre-delivery service charge or documentary fee) covers costs such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting the vehicle and preparing the sale documents. Florida law does not set a dollar cap on this fee, but it does require the charge to be clearly disclosed on every document that itemizes it — and like any line on the deal, it is negotiable as part of the overall numbers. Beyond the vehicle price you can also expect Florida sales tax and county surtax, Florida title and registration fees, and the manufacturer's destination charge on a new vehicle. Ask us for a written out-the-door figure and we will itemize every line.
Can you give me an out-the-door price?
Yes, and we encourage it — it is the only number that lets you compare dealers fairly. An out-the-door price is vehicle price, plus dealer fee, plus Florida sales tax and county surtax, plus tag, title and registration, plus destination charge on a new vehicle, minus rebates and your trade-in allowance. Request one by phone, email or in person on a specific stock number or VIN and we will send it to you in writing.
Trade-Ins
How do I find out what my trade-in is worth?
Start with the trade-in valuation tool on our website for an instant estimate based on your year, make, model, mileage and condition. Treat it as a starting range — a firm written offer requires a short in-person appraisal, because tires, service history, accident history, cosmetic condition, aftermarket modifications and current South Florida demand all move the number. Appraisals are free, take about 15–20 minutes, and carry no obligation to buy.
Can I trade in a vehicle I still owe money on?
Yes. We obtain your 10-day payoff amount directly from your lender and pay the loan off as part of the transaction. If your vehicle is worth more than you owe, that positive equity goes toward your down payment. If you owe more than it is worth — negative equity, which is common on trucks financed over long terms — the difference can often be rolled into the new financing, though that increases your loan amount and payment. We will show you both scenarios in writing before you commit to anything.
Does trading in a vehicle lower my sales tax in Florida?
Yes, and on a truck it can be a meaningful number. Florida allows a trade-in credit: when the trade happens as part of the same transaction, sales tax is calculated on the difference between the new vehicle's price and your trade allowance, not on the full price. On a $60,000 truck with a $20,000 trade, you are taxed on $40,000 — roughly $1,200 less in state tax. It is one of the most overlooked reasons to trade in rather than sell privately.
Financing & Credit
What credit score do I need to buy a car or truck?
There is no single cutoff score. Lenders weigh your credit history, income, debt-to-income ratio, down payment and the vehicle itself, and different lenders approve different credit tiers. Stronger credit generally earns a lower rate, but we work with a broad network of banks and credit unions that finance a wide range of profiles, including first-time buyers and customers rebuilding credit. The fastest way to find out exactly where you stand is our secure online pre-approval, which takes a few minutes.
Should I lease or finance?
Leasing usually means a lower monthly payment, less due at signing, and a vehicle that stays under the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty for the whole term — but you accept a mileage limit, wear-and-tear standards, and no ownership equity at the end. Financing means a higher payment and no mileage cap, and the vehicle is yours once it is paid off. One note specific to this store: if you use a truck for work, run high miles, or plan to add a lift, tonneau, tune or towing equipment, financing is usually the better fit, because lease wear-and-tear standards and mileage caps work against you. Ask us to run both structures on the same vehicle so you are comparing real numbers.
Do you work with business, commercial and fleet buyers?
Yes. Ram is one of the strongest commercial lineups in the market — 1500, 2500 and 3500 Heavy Duty, Chassis Cab and ProMaster — and we regularly work with contractors, landscapers, delivery operations and other South Florida businesses on single trucks and small fleets. Commercial buyers often have different financing structures, upfit needs and titling requirements than retail customers. Call our sales team at 833-460-7808 and ask for commercial sales so you get someone who handles this daily.
Service & Maintenance
Do I need an appointment for service, or can I walk in?
We recommend scheduling — you can book online through our service scheduler or call the service department at 833-559-5546. An appointment reserves a technician and a bay and significantly cuts your wait. We also run an Express Lane for routine work such as oil changes, tire rotations and multi-point inspections, which is built for shorter visits without a full appointment. Wait times vary by day; mid-week mornings are typically fastest.
How often does my Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram need an oil change?
Unlike most brands, Stellantis does not publish a single fixed mileage. Your vehicle uses an oil life monitoring system that calculates the interval from how you actually drive, then displays an "Oil Change Required" message — service it within about 500 miles of that message. There are outer limits regardless of what the monitor says: gas engines should not exceed roughly 8,000 miles or 12 months, and Cummins diesel engines run a longer interval up to about 15,000 miles or 12 months. South Florida driving — extreme heat, stop-and-go traffic, short trips, towing, coastal salt air — is severe duty, so the monitor will typically call for service sooner than a highway commuter's would. Check your owner's manual for your specific engine, or ask our advisors to look up your VIN.
Is Jeep Wave still available, and does my new vehicle include free maintenance?
No on both counts, and this is a real 2026 change worth knowing. Jeep Wave has been discontinued for 2026 model year vehicles and beyond — owners of 2021 through 2025 model year Jeep vehicles who are already enrolled keep their benefits, including the covered oil changes and tire rotations, but new 2026 vehicles are not enrolled. There is no complimentary factory-paid scheduled maintenance on 2026 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram vehicles. What replaces it is FlexCare, the Stellantis-endorsed vehicle protection program formerly known as Mopar Vehicle Protection, which you purchase. It includes prepaid maintenance plans as well as extended service contracts, road hazard tire and wheel coverage and GAP. Ask our service or finance team which plan fits your mileage.
Do I have to service here to keep my factory warranty valid?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer or dealer cannot void your warranty simply because routine maintenance or repairs were performed elsewhere, or because an aftermarket part was used. What you do have to do is perform the required maintenance on time and keep your records and receipts — skipped maintenance is a legitimate reason a claim can be denied, and so is a specific aftermarket part or modification that actually caused the failure. Warranty and recall repairs themselves must be performed by an authorized dealer, and our factory-trained technicians and Genuine Mopar parts are built to the manufacturer's specifications, which is why many owners choose to service with us.
How do I check whether my vehicle has an open recall?
Enter your 17-digit VIN at recalls.mopar.com or at nhtsa.gov/recalls, or simply call our service department at 833-559-5546 and we will run it for you. Recall repairs are always free, regardless of your vehicle's age, mileage, warranty status or where you bought it. Two large campaigns are active right now and are worth checking immediately: a Ram 1500 seat belt anchor recall covering 2019–2026 model years, which is a short inspect-and-re-torque visit, and a Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator power steering recall covering 2021–2025 model years involving a fire risk, where owners have been advised to park away from structures until the repair is completed. We can schedule either at no charge.
Parts & Accessories
Do you sell Genuine Mopar parts, and can you order something you do not stock?
Yes to both. Our parts department stocks Genuine Mopar parts — filters, brakes, batteries, wiper blades, belts, fluids and diesel-specific components — and we can special-order anything not on the shelf, typically within a few business days. Genuine Mopar parts are engineered to your vehicle's original specifications and carry a Mopar parts warranty, which matters more than usual on Cummins diesels and electrified models. Reach the parts department directly at 833-559-5545.
What accessories can I add to a Jeep or Ram, and will they affect my warranty?
Mopar offers an extensive factory accessory catalog by model — lift kits, off-road bumpers, rock rails, winches, tonneau covers, bed liners and RamBox organizers, tow packages and hitches, roof racks, all-weather floor mats, cold air intakes and cosmetic upgrades. The practical advantage of Genuine Mopar accessories installed by us is warranty treatment: a Mopar accessory installed by an authorized dealer is covered under the same terms as the vehicle's factory warranty for the remainder of its coverage. Aftermarket parts do not automatically void your warranty, but a failure a specific modification actually caused can be excluded. If you plan to lift, tune or tow, talk to us before you buy so the setup does not create a problem later. Accessories can usually be included in your financing.
Warranty & Certified Pre-Owned
What does the factory warranty on a new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram cover?
All four brands carry a 3-year/36,000-mile basic (bumper-to-bumper) limited warranty and a 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain limited warranty, whichever comes first. Ram trucks with the 6.7L Cummins diesel carry a longer 5-year/100,000-mile powertrain term. Coverage also includes 3 years of corrosion protection with unlimited mileage, 5 years of unlimited-mileage outer-panel perforation coverage — which matters in a coastal salt-air market like ours — and 5 years/60,000 miles of 24-hour roadside assistance, extended to 8 years/100,000 miles on electric models. Wear items such as brake pads and wiper blades are covered 1 year/12,000 miles.
Is it true that a new Ram comes with a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty?
Yes — with one condition people miss. For 2026 model year Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, Chassis Cab and ProMaster, Ram Powertrain Care extends powertrain coverage to 10 years or 100,000 miles with a $0 deductible. The condition: it applies to the original owner only and is not transferable. If you sell the truck, the next owner reverts to the standard 5-year/60,000-mile term, or 5-year/100,000-mile on a Cummins diesel. Full battery-electric models are excluded. This is genuinely one of the strongest powertrain warranties in the full-size truck segment — it is just worth understanding before you count on it as resale value.
What does Certified Pre-Owned include, and is there a second tier?
A Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is within 5 model years, has under 75,000 miles and a clean title, and has passed a 125-point inspection by factory-trained technicians. Certification adds a 7-year/100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty measured from the vehicle's original in-service date, 24-hour roadside assistance, rental and towing allowances, and a CARFAX report with Buyback Guarantee. A per-visit deductible applies, and coverage can be transferred once for a fee. There is also a second tier, CPOV-GO, for vehicles 6 to 10 years old with 75,001 to 120,000 miles — it carries a much shorter 3-month/3,000-mile comprehensive coverage rather than the 7-year powertrain warranty. Ask us which tier a specific vehicle qualifies for, because the difference is substantial.
How long is the battery warranty on an electric or plug-in hybrid model?
The high-voltage lithium-ion battery and related components are covered for 8 years/100,000 miles, and electric models carry 8 years/100,000 miles of roadside assistance rather than the standard 5/60. Federal coverage addresses defects rather than gradual capacity loss; vehicles built to California emissions standards add a state-of-health floor covering batteries that fall below roughly 70% of original capacity within the term. If you own a Jeep 4xe or Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, note that those plug-in hybrid models are no longer in production — but your existing warranty coverage is unaffected, and we remain a factory-authorized service point for them.
Jeep, Ram, Dodge & Chrysler Vehicle Questions
How much can a Ram 1500 tow, and what about the Heavy Duty trucks?
It depends entirely on the engine and configuration. On the Ram 1500, the 3.0L Hurricane standard-output straight-six leads at roughly 11,600 pounds, the 5.7L HEMI V8 is close behind at about 11,300 pounds, and the 3.6L Pentastar V6 tows about 8,100 pounds while carrying the highest payload at roughly 2,360 pounds. Stepping up to Heavy Duty: a Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins tows up to about 20,000 pounds, and a properly configured Ram 3500 with the Cummins high-output reaches roughly 36,600 pounds with a gooseneck. Maximum ratings require specific cab, bed, axle and tow-package combinations — tell us your actual trailer weight and tongue weight and we will spec a truck that does the job legally.
Is the HEMI V8 back in the Ram 1500?
Yes. The 5.7L HEMI V8 returned to the Ram 1500 for the 2026 model year after being dropped, producing 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft with the eTorque 48-volt mild-hybrid system that adds low-end torque and smooths stop-start. It is available across Tradesman, Big Horn, Express, Warlock, Laramie, Limited and Longhorn. It sits alongside the 3.0L Hurricane twin-turbo straight-six in standard-output and high-output form and the 3.6L Pentastar V6 with eTorque. Demand has been strong, so if you specifically want a HEMI, call us to check current allocation rather than assuming one is on the lot.
What does Trail Rated mean, and how do I choose between a Wrangler, Gladiator and Grand Cherokee?
Trail Rated is an earned badge, not an option package. A Jeep model wears it only after passing testing in five categories — traction, water fording, maneuverability, articulation and ground clearance — including on the Rubicon Trail itself. As for choosing: the Wrangler is the most capable off-road and the only one with removable doors and roof, at the cost of on-road refinement; the Gladiator is a Wrangler with a five-foot bed, towing up to about 7,700 pounds, for people who want open-air capability plus a truck bed; and the Grand Cherokee is the comfortable daily driver with real capability in Trailhawk form, available in two-row or three-row configurations and towing up to about 6,200 pounds. If it is a weekend toy, Wrangler. If you haul as well as explore, Gladiator. If it is your family's primary vehicle, Grand Cherokee.
Are Jeep 4xe plug-in hybrids still available, and what electrified models do you have now?
The Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe are no longer in production, and the Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid has been discontinued as well — Stellantis is phasing out plug-in hybrid programs in North America beginning with the 2026 model year. Existing 4xe owners keep their full warranty coverage, and we continue to service them. The electrified lineup going forward looks different: the Jeep Cherokee returns as a turbo hybrid, the Wagoneer S and Recon are fully electric Jeep SUVs, the Dodge Charger Daytona is a battery-electric muscle car, and the Ram 1500 REV is a range-extended electric truck that pairs a battery with an onboard gas generator for long-distance range without charging stops. If you were shopping a 4xe, tell us how you actually drive and we will point you to the closest current match — and we can often still source late-model 4xe vehicles used.
